Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Verpips, a service operated by [legal entity name], [address] (“we,” “us”). By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Verpips measures trading signal channels: it reads what they post, reconstructs every signal and compares it with real market prices. The result is what someone following those signals would have made or lost, with its margin of error.

We are not a signal provider, we don’t manage anyone’s money and we don’t place trades for you. Nothing we show is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and the results are hypothetical (see the risk disclosure).

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else accessed it, let us know at [contact email].
• You can delete your account and all your data at any time from “My account.”

3. Connecting your Telegram

To audit a private channel, you can connect your Telegram account. We only read the channels you ask us to audit, and we never post, message or join anything on your behalf. How we store that session is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to read what you ask us to audit.

4. What we publish about channels

• We only state what the data supports: if the margin of error crosses zero, we say there is no verdict.
• In public lists we only name channels with a proven positive result. Negative results are shown by name only to someone who looks up that channel.
• Every figure links to the channel’s original message so anyone can check it.
• A channel owner can claim their channel report and publish a reply next to it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to attack or overload it, create accounts in bulk, impersonate someone else, claim a channel you don’t run, or scrape its data. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Plans and payments

Some features are paid. Payments are processed by [Polar], which acts as the merchant of record and handles sales tax and invoices. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. [Refund policy to be defined.]

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We measure with great care, but measurements can contain errors: a misread message, a gap in price data, or a format we don’t understand. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not liable for trading decisions made based on it or for losses in your trading account.
